This form must be completed as part of the Participant’s Choice challenge submission.

The information will go to the evaluator along with your completed piece.

DESCRIPTION:

Make a metal clay piece of your own design that consists of at least four techniques or materials that have been required in the Mastery Modules Challenges. Choose all four from the list below or at least two from this list and the rest from the options listed in modules one and two participant’s choice requirements. The piece can be wearable, decorative, or functional.

• Box Construction
• Bezel Set Cab
• Sculpting
• Rivets
• Reuseable, Original Texture
• Openwork
